Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute the contract between Supply Chain Outplacement and the Client and are deemed to be accepted by the Client by virtue of confirmation of your acceptance of these Terms and making full payment for the service.

These terms contain the entire agreement between the parties and unless otherwise agreed in writing by a director of Supply Chain Outplacement these Terms of Business prevail over any previous terms of business or purchase conditions put forward by the Client.

No variation or alteration to these Terms shall be valid unless the details of such variation are agreed between Supply Chain Outplacement and the Client and are set out in writing and stating the date on or after such varied terms shall apply.

Purchasers of our services enter into a contract, which is written within the sole jurisdiction of NSW courts of law. Payment shall be through Paypal and it is these terms and conditions that will apply. In addition work will not be commenced upon an instruction from a client until full payment has been cleared by Paypal and has reached Supply Chain Outplacement . All transactions will be processed in Australian Dollars.

All Fees are inclusive of any Goods and Service Tax (GST). 

A contract only exists when Supply Chain Outplacement accepts your order. We reserve the right to decline your order or to withdraw services/goods at any time without notice. We accept no liability for refusing to accept your order or withdrawing services.

All prices and services are subject to change without prior notice. We accept no liability for changing any prices.

The client may reschedule or cancel a consultation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation at no cost. If a scheduled consultation is cancelled within 24 hours of the proposed start time then Supply Chain Outplacement reserve the right to withhold 50% of the consult fee and will reimburse 50% to the client.

Supply Chain Outplacement provide coaching services relating to content optimisation both in resumes and Linkedin profiles. We are not responsible for the accuracy of content generated by our clients and nor can we guarantee specific results relating to the changes made to our clients resumes or Linkedin profiles.

Through using this website you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms and conditions do not use this website.

Limitation of Liability.

The information provided during our consultations and post consultation reports should not be used or relied upon as the sole determiner for the purposes of your employment or other career or vocational matter.

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data, profit earnings, or lost opportunities, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of our services whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise even if Supply Chain Outplacement has been advised of the possibility of damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, any liability incurred by us in relation to the use of this website or the content is limited as provided under s 68A of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth).
